		Billee Anyone who has visited Railay over the last few years would have met Billee. Until last year he worked behind the bar at 'Sunset Bar' on the beach of Railay and regularly put on impressive fire shows. Last year he achieved his dream by buying a piece of land on a nearby island called Koh Puh. Last xmas when we visited Billee on Koh Puh, all that was there was the beginnings of the bar and a few makeshift tents. Unfortunately Koh Puh was badly hit in the tsunami - his bar, his boat and 50% of the bungalows were swept away with the force of the wave. We would ideally like to raise enough money to enable Billee to rebuild the bar and bungalows. The cost to build one bungalow would be approximately 750€. This will enable him to continue supporting himself and provide employment to others in this stricken region. From the money raised we gave 2,700 Euros to Billee. This contributed to his efforts to rebuild his bar and bungalows. Unfortunately since the tsunami Koh Puh has suffered from a lack of tourists. Billee has not been able to complete his rebuilding and 'Billee Bar and Bungalow' is not yet open.
